It’s always been a dream of the Arium creators to discover an expansive universe together with a larger group than our typical 2-8 players. We were talking about events like this as early as 2019, and while we were hopeful, and I personally thought it would be a blast, we didn’t have a clue how to make it happen. There are SO many people to thank, and they are mostly on the credits pages. However, I think our situation bears some explicit callouts.

Dax Levine, you were instrumental in building the hype that ultimately allowed the event to happen and become the success it was! Thanks for believing and, of course, for the wonderful job as MC.

To my co-creators, Drew and Asha, what a ride this has been! There is so much of each of us in Arium already, and all three brains were needed again to find a great way to pull together an event of this magnitude. You’re the best!

We had a ton of Adept Icarus volunteers help at LTUE, and I have to thank Em, Katie, Adam, Chris, Remi, and Erika for keeping things running at our booth and during the event!

Last, and perhaps most important to this book, Ryan Bouché. As the game track organizer at LTUE, Ryan caught the vision for our event right away and contributed untold multitudes to its success behind the scenes. Additionally, as the developmental editor of this book and a writer of a large majority of it, his vision for Thesystem is what makes a project like this shine!
